SchoolAide Library collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) of the Philippines.

Data collected includes patron names, email addresses, student IDs, borrowing history, and library usage records. This data is used solely for library operations and institutional reporting.
