Understanding Your Dashboard (by Role)

Librarian Dashboard

Your dashboard shows you the most important numbers at a glance:

• Today's borrowing volume -- how many books were checked out today
• Monthly overdue rate -- what percentage of returned books this month were late
• Popular titles this week -- the 10 most borrowed books this week
• Dormant inventory -- books that nobody has borrowed in over a year
• Search analytics -- what students and teachers are searching for in the catalog
• My saved reports -- quick access to reports you have saved

You can filter all of these by campus if your school has multiple locations.

Student/Teacher Dashboard

Your dashboard shows:

• Active loans -- how many books you currently have borrowed (including overdue ones)
• Active holds -- how many books you have reserved
• Unpaid fines -- the total amount you owe in fines

If the system has learned your reading preferences from your borrowing history, you will also see a Recommended For You section with up to 6 book suggestions chosen just for you.

School Admin Dashboard

Your dashboard gives you a school-wide view of library operations, including circulation statistics, collection size, and staff activity.
